Watches.com advertised “Free Shipping” for my selected item, but then charged $11 without my knowledge…
Watches.com advertised the watch as 40.5mm case size, but their measurement included the crown guards - including the crown guards is not industry standard. The watch actual case size is 37.7mm.
I had to pay for the return shipping. Still waiting on my refund…
So if you want to pay $25 to look at Watches.com’s mistakes and lack of knowledge of the Industry standard's…. No response from Watches.com regarding my complaint.
