No fuss, no muss company. Have ordered a few watches from there, and everything went perfectly every time, even when it didn't.
One of the watches I got (through no fault of Watches.com, but a manufacturer defect) had a broken spindle at where the band attaches. Not the quick release pin, but the actual arm between the watch and where that goes. Complete design/manufacturing defect. I contacted Watches, and they had a great, apologetic attitude, even though they did nothing wrong. I was able to return the watch and get a replacement, which was machined properly at the failure point.
Excellent customer service that I've only had to reach out to once; all of the other times, I gave them some money, they gave me a watch, and I wore it. True story.
