Would like to give 3.5 stars. I have placed 2 orders and had problems with shipping both times. Customer service was only responsive after posting publicly on social media. Products seem to be quality and my problems were resolved but I would have much rather have been able to do it privately. I will say the issue I had the 1st time was improved on with the 2nd order, so they do seem to be listening and making adjustments. Which means I will be giving them another chance.
