I made my first big purchase with the company when I bought the glass water bottle with the four pack of water drops. My package was received very damaged and missing two of the flavors. The new love and my favorite glow. I sent in the pictures of my package and advised I was missing two, they sent me the two I was missing right away. It was a wonderful customer service experience.
