The flavors are great. I'm very sensitive to fake sugars (they trip my vertigo in addition to tasting bad), and I don't taste anything fake in these, and I've never had an issue with my vertigo when I drink these. They break up the monotony of daily water, and they're fantastic on hot days. I've also added them to green tea, and love zen warm.
