I had been seeing ads for waterdrop for weeks before I actually took the plunge and placed an order. I'm so glad I did!! The products are stunning and the drops are delicious (so much cleaner tasting than other water enhancers I've tried in the past). I am officially hooked! I ordered the Zen bottle first and the 5+1 Value Set of drops so I could try all the flavors right from the beginning. The Zen bottle arrived slightly damaged and I was missing the Youth and Shiro drops. I contacted customer service and had an amazing experience with them - prompt communication and swift resolution.
