I LOVE Waterdrop but am disappointed with the order process. As you can see from my order I got the VIBE +3. When my order showed up I only had 1 BOOST, 1 YOUTH, & 1 VIBE. I sent an email and didn’t get a response so I went on your website and went through there. I got a response that was nice and was asked if I wanted the remainder of my order or a credit towards my next order. I responded that I wanted the remaining three VIBES that I never received and haven’t heard back.
