My first order was a stainless steel bottle that came with four flavors. I added FOCUS to that order. I didn't receive any communication for some time and was concerned. I reached out to Waterdrop and was informed there was a problem with some of the orders and mine was in the queue now. Shortly thereafter, I got my order. It was packaged well and everything looked great. I enjoy the bottle, the drops and the look of the adorable drop boxes. I have since ordered twice more and my orders were received very quickly.
