The order took 6 weeks to ship because they said they ran out of the free bag. I asked them to ship with out and it was still weeks later. I had to email several times. Most emails went with out a response on the first email, but then would respond to the second or fourth. The bag is noted on the invoice, but did not come with the order. I’m really disappointed with the customer service.
