Received shipment with missing 2/3 of the ordered and charged items. Nobody reacted to my request to give me a call or replied to my message. There is no phone no. or a chat option for customer service. The items were poorly packed and shipped in an envelope that was partly ripped but the missing merchandise was never inside, because the envelope could have never hold all the ordered items. It was way too small. Please contact me to either send the missing items or issue a refund. I find it very frustrating to not be able to get in contact with customer service or not to receive a reply...0 stars for that!
