After having problems with my bamboo lids, the customer service representative at Waterdrop sent me new lids for my bottles as well as metal lids to try out and ceramic cups as an apology for the inconvenience. I cannot express how IMPRESSED I was with this service. I would highly recommend these gorgeous bottles to everyone!❤️
