The customer service is exceptional. My package for the holidays was destroyed in shipping. I contacted support and they quickly got all my products replaced in time for Christmas. Very positive support agents. Yesterday, as I left my car, my glass water bottle fell and hit the concrete. I was fortunate that only the bamboo lid broke - the water bottle (which was in its sleeve) was unharmed! :) So I'm buying a couple of new bottle tops - because I'm clumsy - and I'm writing to tell you all THANK YOU for the outstanding support and great product.
