I previously posted a negative review because of some challenges I had getting through to Customer Service. I want to update that to say that they have gone above and beyond and helping me to fix my problem with the filter. They were very kind to actually send an extra set of filters. The water is fabulous and the product is great. Highly recommend it !!!
