I love most of the products and purchase them when within my budget. I do mainly purchase when I can take advantage of deals to stretch my purchase. I have always had great customer service, but normally do not have any issues with the purchases ( except the carafes do not want to arrive unbroken to my house) I have not been a lucky recipient of any surprise rewards or gifts but did get to take part in a survey and waiting for a supposed reward to arrive for that.
