It's definitely helping me drink a lot more water - the glass bottles are adorable (and feel good quality!) and most of the flavors are really good! I've always been picky about my water flavorings and don't like your typical lemon-water, but I've been pleasantly surprised that I like a variety of flavors. They're strong with 20oz of water but can be more diluted with 30oz.
