The flavors are subtle and enjoyable. The glass bottle is of good quality and attractive. The Love bag is cute and good quality canvas. Overall I am pleased with my first water drop purchase and will be making more. There was a hiccup with the order (I received the wrong order initially) and had some issues with contacting customer service via the messaging system. Once I called everything was corrected very quickly. The representative I dealt with was very nice and I have confidence in their customer service.
