Recently I had a great experience with customer service. When I received my order, the package wasn't closed as if the mail carrier didn't actually seal it correctly, and one of my microdrinks had fallen out on delivery. Customer service was amazing and had sent me my missing mircodrink and even added an extra for free because it was my favorite flavor! Overall, the microdrinks never disappoint with as I'm finding and experiencing their new and fun flavors.
