This is a great company! I broke the lid of my bottle, and it’s an older model that they don’t sell any longer. Not only did they send me a replacement lid, but they sent an extra just in case and a full box of the new flavor, sky! (Which is wonderful, BTW) all of this occurred within a week of my initial contact. I can’t say enough good about this company!
