Waterdrop is the ultimate game changer. I love that I can throw a few drops into my bag and not have to worry about an leaky bottles. The flavors are fun and delicious. There are enough flavors that I'm not getting burned out. I also appreciate the fact that they enhance the water without making it feel weighed down. Customer service has multiple platforms, so you can always reach out to someone. I like the email option. I can't wait to see what new products are coming out for my favorite season, autumn.
