I will admit I wasn’t a fan at first but it was pricey so I drank what I got in my starter bundle. By the time I was out I was a a convert. It’s all I drink now and I average 60/70 ounces of water a day now! Flak is great for a little midday pick me or to replace coffee in the morning now and then. Flair is my favorite and youth is a close second.
