LOVE Waterdrop microdrink products. Unfortunately the customer service is poor. I had a few minor glitches with my orders specifically with the products that come free when you purchase a certain amount. I didn't get them. Despite repeated emails neither of the problems on 2 separate orders were ever solved. Also disappointed with the new flavor Breeze. It's supposed to be watermelon/cucumber and the flavor of watermelon is completely absent. Love all my favorite flavors and the beautiful glass tumbler though.
