I did not know what to expect with Waterdrop but it honestly makes the thought of drinking water easy. I got the bigger 34 oz bottle because I drink a gallon a day. It is easy to think about drinking 4 bottles a day to hit my goal. I will be breastfeeding after my pregnancy, so the fact that the app factors in your Lifestyle changes are super helpful. Love Waterdrop products so far! I've recommended it to a few people who ask about the Lucy cap.
