I'm not a very good plain water drinker. Waterdrop has helped me increase my water intake. Flavors are great. Flavors are not over powering or sweet. Adds some nice flavor to plain water. I can taste the coconut and pineapple flavors in the new Koko Pina flavor. Two of my favorites together.
I have worked with customer service and everyone I have spoken with has been courteous and helpful. I contacted them via email and telephone.
