Love the product (especially the grapefruit!), and it definitely gets me to drink more water. The only downside is that there's no store near me to return the packaging to for recycling. Unfortuantely the general recycling of plastics in my area of the US is sort of a joke these days. If your program is doing better, a mail-in program to a domestic store wouldn't be a miss. About your service, while as noted below my service was delayed for an internal reason, your team was very good about communicating that fact and managing expectations.
