the product is great, but they advertise sales and the Microlyte 3 or 4-pack items are always out of stock. With the last couple of boxes, I have had problems peeling off the top of the individual cube packs. I peel the colored plastic film, but a second layer is left on the top, so the cube doesn't come out, so I have to use a sharp object to break the film. Their production folks should look into this. Their packaging, although happy it is a paper product and recyclable, should be re-engineered as it is too much cardboard and, therefore, a lot of waste. But the product itself really helps with hydration, and the flavors are all good in my opinion.
