I like their products but having to deal with customer service is a hassle. I ordered a cup and microdrinks. My package arrived without the drink pods. They make it difficult to communicate and resolve the issue. When you email, different customer service reps respond so it drags the process. They ask for a picture of the contents in the box of how it arrived and a picture of the label when something is missing. That is fine but I had to send it three times because three different customer service representatives are emailing me back. One reps snarky response is I have a picture of a box inside a box BUT that’s how the glass cup came! So now I needed to send another photo of the product. This is the back and forth for over a week and it’s still not resolved.
