Slow customer service, ordered April 2, hit lost in the mail or wrong address, not sure. Either way 24-48 hours between email responses meanwhile I'm out of WaterDrop product, told them I'm out, think you would just send another order out overnight. Nope April 20th, still no new order sent out.
