I still haven’t received my order. It was originally placed on April 4. Today is April 25. You have had two opportunities to send me what I ordered and you have failed both times. We are a household that orders things online regularly. We have never had an issue with a company shipping their product until yours. I would really just prefer you refund what I paid you since you are clearly not capable of fulfilling an order.
