Great bottles, awful accessories, and even worse customer service. Ordered pull up caps for glass bottles I purchased from waterdrop and based on the reviews was expecting at least a product that worked. Caps were useless as no water would come out since they require suction which cannot happen with a glass bottle. Waterdrop made me pay to ship all the useless caps back to them and only after 5 emails with 5 different customer service reps.
