Using a 16.9 oz. bottle, spring water changes color to a cola color. Tastes lightly like a commercial cola.
Using a sparkling water poured into a 16.9 oz bottle it darkened the water. Obviously it has to be capped. On opening it fizzed and overflowed the bottle.
