Great products, but subpar customer service! Some of my key issues: Your excessive e-mail marketing without reasonable customization options, standardized and irrelevant responses to my e-mail inquiries, no option to receive an itemized invoice document with VAT. I shy away from ordering more often as all my interactions are unsatisfactory. Hoping to find your fabulous products more often in local stores (Berlin), so I can avoid dealing with you directly.
