I have waited for my delivery for a really long time (around 3 weeks) and only got one email that my delivery will be delayed with no more status updates. Part of the delivery was meant as a birthday present (as I used to promote waterdrop among my friends and family) and it did not arrive in time. While I have no negative comments on the products themselves, getting emails about new products and not getting any infos about status of my ordered products was EXTREMELY frustrating.
