Waterdrop are an amazing company! I found them in April 2020 after getting a taster pack for free. Life got in the way, but then the new microtea campaign drew me back in! I fell in love with the white blossom print and of course I wanted to try a hot microdrop. I had a few issues with my first order due to a technical glitch and the product being out of stock. Their customer service has been brilliant and so helpful, they offered points and a refund of the out of stock product and were always so polite in emails. I have purchased many times from them and I love how engaging they are with their customers. They also have a great UK Facebook group that has lots of competitions on which I've been lucky to win a few times. All in all, I'm very grateful that I've found waterdrop and pleased I now drink more water as a result.
