I've been really pleased with my purchases from Waterdrop. I wanted to increase my fluid intake and can't - no matter how hard I try - seem to get motivated to drink large quantities of water and have been looking for an alternative. Waterdrop has filled that gap for me. I haven't liked all the flavours but do like the enough of them to give me options, the bottle is very useful and having that to hand has definitely encouraged me to drink more throughout the day. I have knocked one star off because the wrong item was delivered with my first order and their customer service seemed to have been struggling to keep up with things at this difficult time. It was resolved after a while.
