Its a tough review to write as the products are fantastic.... Beautiful ... Delicious and the company as a whole has amazing values with regards to waste and plastic etc but there are many other issues that unfortunately let them down massively. Shipping can take over a month.... Customer service can be amazing or horrendous and every new launch seems to have many problems. Have to chase for weeks to get any kind of reply from customer service too ... No matter how bad an experience I have though I always come back for more, the products really are incredible.
