I now use this instead of having a morning coffee or caffeine throughout the day, the taste of these crazy little cubes is really subtle but so so refreshing , I go through this stuff like theres no tomorrow, dont expect a strong taste they are not trying to completely change the water they are trying to make it more drinkable and it definately DOES
