Unfortunately there appears not to be anybody called Waterdrop UK - Waterdrop product is great but do not believe it's in any way a UK company. I had to order my last delivery twice as for some reason it went from Austria to Germany where they claimed they tried to deliver it and then it went back to Austria, I live in England. They couldn't just resend the parcel they failed to deliver they cancelled the order, eventually refunded me the payment and then I had to reorder. Not great customer service.
