They definitely have helped me drink more water as I don't like to drink water. Some of the flavours are delicious. I just bought a new one that I didn't like but I have managed to adapt the flavour by adding a different flavour (it was the tea, I added ginger extract). My only issue is how long it takes to get here. I realise products come from Germany and customs can be awkward (now) but I wish they had a UK distributor.
