took ages to come, weeks intact, and when i tried to ask someone to sort this out it was not sorted, i had to email over 5 times and still did not get anywhere, and here i am again waiting for an order i placed weeks ago and its still not here nightmare really,. its a real shame this happens, and yet other people seem to get there order after a shirt time, you need to get back to people quickly and get things resolved for them, customer service is the main thing here.
