I Luv all the different flavors very refreshing I drink more water than before which helps with my weight & I am not so dehydrated water is not so enjoyable on it on I have always looked for something I could put in the water to make it easy to drink I found a lot of them a high sugar content which knows good to me I type 2 diabetes I recommend Hanna waterdrop.
