After years suffering with water infections, I discovered that this was to do with not drinking enough water. I found it hard to drink plain tap water as I can taste the chemicals in the water. I originally just wanted a glass water bottle to drink the filtered water in the office, but since working from home, the drops have helped me drink enough water every day. Feeling much more positive about my health now.
