My delivery didn’t arrive in advertised timescale, delivery was then attempted when I was out before the items were returned to the sender. Waterdrop are so far unwilling to refund my money even though I have never received any items. They say they will refund once items are received back at their depot but that could take another month (if ever) given how long it took them to attempt delivery in the first place and per the tracking information they have not moved for the last week.
