Waterdrop UK have the best customer service ever, they are second to none. The glass & steel bottles are so beautiful and keep your drink beautifully cold all day. I recently was able to get my first tumbler with the points I have accumulated via purchase, the rewards you can get just for shopping with waterdrop & visiting their page is amazing.
