I did not recieve the order. Although ordered through uk my order came from europe. That is not UK company as that would have had a quicker leadtime surely....and then my parcel was delivered to a wrong address in europe. Which I picked up on not them!
Although customer service has been in touch rather than resend the order i have been given a refund and told to order again....not great especially with the long turnaround. Disappointed.
Been offered a voucher but not sure i want to use the service again.
