My daughter showed me the ad on Instagram and she had one and said it encouraged her to drink more water, my daughter got me one for my birthday in April and I love it, I now drink over 2 litres of water drop a day my favourite one glow so far and I am now trying the teas, can highly recommend and service is great items arrive very quick and you are saving plastic absolutely love it.
