I have had a couple of interactions with the team at Waterdrop and I cannot fault them. They kept me up to date with shipping as there was a slight delay, and they also answered a few queries within a day maximum. The customer service is second to none, I can't fault the company at all.
I would heartily back a campaign to promote Waterdrop as the gold standard in customer service. Bravo team!!!!
