Hi have had this since early July 2022 not yet a month and a chunk of glass has broken off. My husband and I were cooking in the kitchen and heard pop and tinkle, we looked around and noticed a piece of glass next to the Lucy jug. It sits in the corner where our coffee maker sits and has not been used since the day before. I have included a few pictures of it. Please can you tell how to progress from here.
