I recently got in touch with Waterdrop UK as I had dropped and broken the tab on my tumbler lid and was unable to find any to purchase on the site. They contacted me very quickly and promised to send me a new one. I was very impressed with the service, and even more so when it arrived free of charge and with a complimentary pack of one of my favourite drinks. I have seldom had customer service so good! Heartily recommend!
