My neurologist is trying to up my water intake I struggle so I bought the new 1.9L bottle This way I know That if I can drink the whole bottle I have almost hit my goal. It's handy yes it's big but when I go on long days in the hospital I can take my water bottle full and not have to worry. I like the fact that the lids on these are now interchangeable I can use a nomal style water spout even the tumbler lids for tea fit them So I could fill with hot water If I wanted.
