Good products, less good at processes to buy them. Maybe the staff are on happy pills but buying things on this site is usually less than straightforward. Also do not understand why you get emails about discounts when you aren't able to use them. Fortunately, the two iced tea flavours I did manage to buy were worth the hassle.
